2021 AGC CONFIDENTIAL
SALARY SURVEY
The purpose of the 2021 AGC Compensation and Benefits Survey is to provide accurate information on salaries and company financial data/compensation practices in the Texas commercial construction industry. The 2021 survey covered the Austin, Central Texas, Houston, TEXO (Dallas and Fort Worth), Southeast Texas, and West Texas chapters' contractor firms. The survey is conducted by a 3rd party firm, Lane, Gorman, Trubitt, PLLC, and confidentiality is maintained in that neither company nor company code designations are provided other than a participant alphabetical listing.
In 2021, there were 61 survey participants covering 2,975 incumbents in 43 positions. Austin is represented by 10 companies, Central Texas by 10, Houston by 17, Southeast by 1, West Texas by 2, and TEXO by 21.

Each company participating in the survey must be affiliated with an AGC chapter in Texas (membership NOT required). AGC Chapters participating in the 2021 survey include:
